It depends on where you are located but I have seen some places like a
Community Mental Health or something... or even a mental hospital... but those don't always help with everything and they tend to be short term as in like a week then you are back on your own.. you have the right idea though! I am glad you want to stop and you realize you need support! I have found that talking helps and it is always nice to have a support! have you tried a support system or making a list of people you KNOW will support you and that you can call when ever? it may help... also there might be a counselor at Community Mental Health or some place like that, that would be willing to help you through this! hang in there and good luck! i am glad you are wanting to stop!

Well you can talk to your doctor, when my class had health, in a movie we watched, it said that there are special places where people with eating disorders such as anerexia can get a bit treated . You basically start eating more there.

In Australia you can go to your doctor and get a referral to a psychologist which is government subsidised.
This isn't something you should do alone. Tell a female teacher at school who you think will understand.
- And its great you can make this first step. (((Big hug)))
- Good Luck.

First, you should talk to your doctor and ask for a referral to a nutritionist and psychologist who specialize in eating disorder. also ask if there are any doctors in your area who specialize in eating disorders, and try to get involved in any eating disorder support groups in your area. if you feel like being treated on an outpatient basis is not enough support, you could enter inpatient treatment or an outpatient program. there are also several recovery sites online that may help you
