I’ve seen a nutritionist and therepist for anorexia before. It’s nothing scary, they’re really nice to you. They just ask you a couple questions about what you’ve been eating, your exercise, your habits, hobbies, etc. Don’t worry, things will be just fine.
Hopefully you will get some help!

The Cognitive-behavior therapy shows you how to track and change your eating habits.
The interpersonal psychotherapist looks at your relationships and finds ways to better cope with problem areas.
The nutritional therapist helps you to accept a weight range and not focus on one specific weight.
