What to do about an unmedicated bipolar female on drugs?
My friend tina, i don’t know what to do about her. she’s bipolar, i don’t know what stage though. she recently smoked weed that was laced with heroin, but she didn’t know. and now she smokin it all the time, day and night. plus she’s unmedicated for her bipolar. what the h3ll should i do? and whats the risk for her in this situation?

My mom is bi-polar and luckily she understands that managing it is very important. You should encourage her to seek help. People with bi-polar that are not medicated tend to partake impulsive behaviors, such as drug use or unprotected sex. Talk to her, encourage her to at least see a counselor. When you talk to her let her know your concerned about her well being. It is very important she does something to manage it.
Unfortunately ther is nothing you can do……… Except tell her parents.
