What things can you do for extreme anxiety?
I mean extremely bad anxiety where I feel like I’m constantly startled or scared of reality.My stomach has butterflys and I cannot sleep yet I’m tired.Any ideas or does anyone take good medication for this?

5 years ago i had extreme anxiety , i started taking xznax it really helped but it can get addictive .. the # 1 way to control mine is to know it’s all in your head, i carry a paper bag to control breathing if i have one and water always calms me down for some reason get alot of rest , quit stressing over everything eat healthy and not alot of caffiene… they will go away if you train them to … stay strong and know that you have the control…
About 4 years ago I began having panic attacks and major anxiety, among other things. I have been taking an antidepressant and talking with a wonderful therapist and I have had major changes in my life. I do simple exercises to calm my mind and my body….music is a powerful tool for me and I listen to some of my favorites, do some deep breathing and meditate or I’ll just sit quietly, meditating. For me, much of my "recovery" has been through my faith! You definitely should talk with someone…it helps tremendously! Good luck and God bless!

Sounds like panic attacks or general anxiety disorder:
Go see a psychiatrist/psycholigust: You might need medication, but you definetely will need a good therapist, preferredly behaviour therapy or whatever you think suits you! It can be cured!
