Anxiety makes you 'nervous' you feel like you're sweating. Your body can become really tense, causing you to have pains in various places of your body. It's not that uncommon. The 'stomach hurting' could be from the nervous feeling you have during an attack.

Other symptoms you may have..

Pounding heart
Sweating
Stomach upset or dizziness
Frequent urination or diarrhea
Shortness of breath
Tremors and twitches
Muscle tension
Headaches
Fatigue
Insomnia

I have had panic disorder for 14 years (severe anxiety) It can wreak havoc on your body!! trust me I know all too well. I have felt all of those symptoms and then some. Go to a therapist they can help you with or without medication

no, my gf has really bad anxiety, and what usually happens is you are scared for no reason sometimes, you can sometimes feel sick to your stomach. Headaches can occur. Depression is also very common.

I think you may have something else.
