What crystals can be used for phobias?
I’m wanting to try crystal healing and was wondering if anyone knew or had experience with using crystals for phobias. If so which ones and how? And did it work?

I cannot for the life of me figure out what possible physical effect a rock could have on a person, let alone how that physical effect could translate into the very precise psychological efect of lessening phobias.
