What can I do to relieve my anxiety without going to the doctor?
The anxiety has caused so many additional problems and im spiraling downhill. I have terrible fears,pain, unable to sleep unless i take 8 or more pm med which only work 1/2 the time and mental and physical dis functions dew to my extreme panic disorder! What can i do????

Walking helps relieve a lot of thoughts that you may get. Be sure to add this to your daily regiment:
-Spend some time walking around, or traveling by foot for about
an hour taking up new scenes. It doesn’t have to be a particular place,
go explore.
-Watch the sun set. Keep an eye on the sun as it’s setting or as it’s rising.
-Drink lots of water.
-Eat more vegetables. Greens are vital to your health

okay first take deep breaths…
you just need to calm down and forget your stress. and you need to stop taking your meds bc your the only thing that can make your own stress go away. so relax put on a nice movie and before you know it you will forget why your stressed. and make your self some hot chocolate that allways helps me fall asleep
