1) Wild Kratom (legal everywhere)

2) Marijuana (legal only in a few States and even there requires prescription)

3) Salvia (legal in most States, doesn't require prescription, but it's tricky because it can cause hallucinations at higher doses)

4) Valerian Root (might or might not work)

5) Kava-Kava (weak for some, strong enough for others)

6) St. John's Worth (weak)

I have been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for years and im only 21.. 2 years ago it became really bad were i didnt leave the house and when i built up the corrage to leave the house i would make it in the store and do exsactly what you are doing and leaving... my body started acking and it felt like i was in constant pain i truely believed i was becomeing paralize. i went on medication witch helped on the panic attacks and released the tention in my body so the pain has gone too... although the medication didnt help with the worried feeling in my heart medication is the first step. i still am always worried and think the worst but learning to think if something bad dose happen to me i will deal with it when it happens not stress before..

There are always thoughts that come just before an anxiety attack. Writing about them will alleviate them once you have identified the issue. It takes a great deal of effort to focus and retrain your mind into thinking there is nothing to fear in a situation that brings on your anxiety, which is all about fears and acceptance. You can also go to your local library and get some books on this subject to educate yourself more in this area. I wish you wellness and good mental health.
