I hope someone can tell you what medication you could use, but You still need to research all this completely and get a doctors opinion.
I hope , instead , of taking the meds you will take this time before the pregnancy to have a hormone expert check and balance your hormones, first, to get a baseline , which will br helpful in pregancy and after, and two, because hormone deficiencies or imbalances are often the source of anxiety and other so called mental illnesses.........
An OBGYN may know female hormones, but they are not hormone experts.........
Here are some examples of doctors who you could consult with........
and a few fun sites i like for babies and parents

Unfortunately there really aren't any anxiety medications you can take while pregnant. They all have the potential to be harmful to an unborn child, so you can't take long-term anti-anxiety meds (like the Paxil) or fast-acting meds like benzodiazepines. I think most herbal supplements for anxiety are safe to use while pregnant, though, so you might want to talk to your doctor about what herbal supplements are safe for pregnancy. If your doctor doesn't know, consult a naturopath.

You can also try things like meditation, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation tapes, etc. for natural ways to reduce your anxiety. Also, a type of therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is great for treating anxiety without medication. In fact, if you start CBT now, you could be free from having to take medication ever again. Wouldn't that be nice? I would strongly encourage you to consider it.

As far as do I know anyone else who took anything while pregnant, no, I don't. The only person with high anxiety I know who took something while pregnant was my mother - she smoked and drank throughout her pregnancy with me. This is of course a horrible idea, but she was and is an addict and couldn't bring herself to stop. I was fortunate enough to be born healthy in spite of her poor prenatal care.

Good luck!
