I can get a little paranoid, and sometimes have trouble trusting others.

Usually they are both about 50%, not sure what the odds are if they are combined and if they change or now. I would start getting some counseling now to recognize the signs and symptoms if you yourself have it.
I am not a doctor but my guess is that you have grown up in the environment of your fathers conditions and you may display his symptoms out of habit and not necessarily out of inheriting the conditions.
