Seeking help through a good therapist or psychiatrist would be helpful. Many bipolar patients don't want to take medication for various reasons, but it can help many to have a better quality of life. make sure the children are with a safe adult for now Yes. The paranoia almost sounds like there are additional aspects to this disorder rather than straight bi polar....... Please seek help, and don't feel discouraged!
