And it sounds like your daughter is doing a great job, so I wouldn't worry. It sounds like her ex is just being a jerk and is trying to scare her. Don't let it get to you. Just be sure you have a good lawyer in case he decides to be stupid and go through with anything. But I woudn't worry...having worked minimally around law enforcement you have to be pretty abusive before the mother looses custody of her children. Anyways judges mostly see if the mother is raising the kids right the judge wants to see the kids with their mother. Anyways the judge will see that the dad is unfit with no job and no way to support the kids.
