I have a diagnosis of Major Depression, but I also have anxiety and mild OCD. I understand how you feel.

IMHO, You might want to try cutting back on any stimulants you are taking, like caffeine and see a counselor about anxiety issues.

Start with a complete physical to rule out any high blood pressure or cholesterol level issues, then ask your doctor to recommend a mental health professional. If income is a factor, most communities offer mental health services on a sliding fee scale, depending on your level of income.

best of luck to you!

oohhh how everyone says to breathe deep during a panic attack, and oh how hard it is :) i have anxiety and ocd too. are you on medication or going through therapy at all?

i find walking with my headphones on to be most therapeutic. i try not to procrastinate when i have to do something i don't want to, because this worsens my anxiety.

talk to your friends or anyone who can understand. join an online support group. go for walks with music.

if you're in a place, like say, a restaurant or a mall or whatever it is that's triggering this for you, do your best to stay focused. i find faking it and acting like i'm fine to be the best distraction, even though it's really hard at times.
