How much time can I get for Hindering Apprehension?
I have no prior record, and received three charges. One, a felony 3, Hindering Apprehension. Two, a felony 3 Hindering Apprehension False information to a Police Officer. Three, a misdomeanor, Obstruction. Am I going to do jail time?

You need to retain a lawyer ASAP not a public defender, and try and get the felonies dropped or plead down to a lesser charge, for if you get a felony on your record you may not be able to vote, will find it very difficult to obtain a job, and landlords may discriminate against you for having a felony
