How many bipolar people are there in the world?
It seems like there are quite a few bipolar people that have not been diagnosed. I recently figured out what bipolar is and I see the symptoms in a lot of people I know personally. Im not a doctor or anything but when i see someone that has all the symptoms I start to wonder how many people are out there (like the people I see) that are not helped?

Count me in as Bipolar. It is treatable and since it just got some good treatments it is more prevalent.
Everyone has some symptoms of many disorders. You exhibit being paranoid and delusional, that doesn’t mean you are. When you are looking for narrowly defined traits, you can find them everywhere. That is why psych study takes so long to be able to actually diagnose and not jump the gun.
welll personally…i don’t beleive bi-polar is real…i think some people are just more aggressive then others…ut then again i a suposidly bi-polar…but yeah…science wouldthink a lot of people.

Personally, I think there are more a holes on this site than bipolars in this world. Anyone that says there is no such thing is in that catagory. Over diagnosed, maybe…term overabused, yes…..is it real?, most definately. Anyone who can stay up cleaning for 4 days and as many nights until her hands bleed, then go the other way and sleep as much, I have done this since I was 12, I am now 33. At 12 I could clean all your houses and ask for more. Lithium takes it all away and now, I live anormal life…as normal as any one else.
