Well its hard to say. Usually if you have an ED you wouldn’t consider yourself the skinniest girl in grade 7. Well, unless you feel as if you should be skinnier. Do you not eat because your not hungry, or because you are afraid of gaining weight? Have you lost your period? Does your life seem to revolve around your weight. I think you need support for this. It sounds very plausible that you indeed DO have an ED. I think you should consider Teen To Teen counseling. Go to the site below and click on teen to teen. It might be of use for you at this time.
Do you purposely not eat? Do you think of yourself as "fat" or do you see yourself the way you REALLY look ? If you know that you’re underweight at least, i think you dont have a morphed body image of yourself, but it is possible .. get help hun

Just being small is not a sign of an eating disorder. Do you choose to not eat or are you just not hungry? If you are afraid eating too much will make you gain weight then you should talk to your doctor. If you are nervous you are underweight and do not avoid food, then you probably don’t have an eating disorder. You still could talk to your doctor he could help you understand what is a healthy weight for you and can help you achieve that in a healthy way. Some girls are just small but being underweight can set you up for problems down the road. Definitely good to work on it now.
Being small on its own is not a sign of a problem. Like Megan said, if you’re not dodging food, not starving yourself and not hungry, then you’re probably ok.
Are you starving yourself? Are you consciously avoiding food or complete food groups (like pasta, carbohydrates, fruit…)? If so, then I’d talk to your doctor. The internet is full of information, but professionals have better information.
Your doctor will not only be able to diagnose whether you do or don’t have one, they will also be able to give you advice on how to beat it if you do have one.
Good luck.
