How do I get over my anxiety so it won’t affect me when I start school?
I have really bad anxiety problems and I don’t know how to stop it. I’m starting college in January and I want to know how to cure my anxiety so I will be able to concentrate on school. How can I make it better?

Here, you just visualise all the things that would happen at the place (eg. school).. you think of the worst possible thing that could happen and prepare yourself for that..i.e how to avoid that worse situation or if stuck in it, how to get out of it in a cool way.. Just think of the ideas..
Anyway, everyone is gonna feel nervous at some point and the key is to keep your cool.. whatever may happen.. just enjoy and exhibit confidence.. and the first impression that you make should be the best one..
I start in 3 days and I’ve been wondering the same thing. I think we need help. I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of living like this. . . .
