How can someone get cash reward if he call crime tip line?
if the tips lead to arrest of a criminal fugitive,how do the caller get cash reward without telling personal Identification? Can he get reward by submit on line form? which type of people are not qualified to receive cash reward after apprehension of the fugitive? Does the tip line have Chinese interpreter?

They don’t get a reward unless its something special like "copshot" in NY.
Rewards are only offered on certain criminals. For the most part rewards are only offered for fugitive drug dealers or horrible people. Just because someone did drugs and is a fugitive doesn’t mean there’s a reward attached.
