hendering apprehension is considered what class misdemeanor?
i had 2 days of time served and all i had to pay was court costs. im trying to find out what type of record do i have

For instance in my own state the Hindering of an Arrest can be classified as both a Felony or Misdemeanor depending upon the type of arrest being made prior to a Hindering charge!
If a suspect hinders arrest in a Class A or B felony offense, the Hindering offense is a felony.
If a suspect hinders arrest in a Class C Felony or Class A Misdemeanor…the offense is a misdemeanor.
