Difference between apprehension and fear when it comes to assaulting.?
The law on assaulting says that an intentional, unexcused act that creates in another person a reasonable apprehension or fear of immediate harmful or offensive contact is an assualt. SO what is the difference between fear and apprehension?

Apprehension can be nothing more then a feeling of uneasiness…….distrust…………..
Fear is a state of being where you actually "anticipate" physical harm.
Look at it as: A 4′ 105 lb guy says he’s going to whoop up on you.
Apprehension.
A 6’5 280′ says the same thing.
Fear because in your mind he can DO IT.
