Hyperventilation

Hyperventilation is a condition in which panic attacks occur caused by unexpected recurrence of your anxiety disorder hence you hyperventilate and you will have the tendency to breathe rapidly than the usual intake of around 5-8 litters of oxygen which is normally taken of a person weighing 70kg. The recurrence will have an adverse reaction and you will feel as if your getting out of breath and dizzy that makes you feel light-headed. This is the result when choking sensation takes place when you hyperventilate which cause lower flow of carbon dioxide in your bloodstream. The reaction will be felt and muscle spasms and tingling sensations takes place in your hands, fingertips, around the mouth and going down our feet.
