Can you help soothe my apprehension towards Muse music?
I have been an unofficial Muse hater for awhile now. I don’t know why, maybe the constant annoying comparison to Radiohead.
So can you suggest at least 10 songs that I might like. And one song that I might love.
Oh yeah I don’t like Uprising off their new album so be sure to exclude that from your lists.

yeah, I used to think they sounded like radiohead (you’re obviously a radiohead fan) adn people say they are copying them but this is only at the first listen. I can pretty much see no similarities anymore.
Their new album and Black Holes and Revelations wern’t as good but Origin of Symmetry, Absolution and Showbiz are amazing (although showbiz is the most radiohead-like)

I really don’t understand why people compare muse to radiohead- they sound completely different. Most of their good songs, in my opinion, are from Absolution. The new album kind of sucks.

I am tempted to write out every Muse song ever made.
They are phenomenal. Especially when you really listen to them
and don’t just have them playing in the backround, but listen to every
sound made. So much effort. I love Radiohead, but I seriously find it hard to hear the similarities between the two bands that everyone goes on about.
