Sounds to me like you do. Best to be clinically tested by a professional. If you are, there are medications that can help sometimes, not always.

At any rate, if you have, I feel very sorry for you; because it's a terrible disease: I've know individuals with this illness. And it is a definite illness, with a genetic base.

There's not a lot you can do besides receiving appropriate medication, and hopefully, you have a good support system.

                                         Good luck,

It's possible. Usually the difference between normal depression and bi polar is that there is no in between mood. You are either super high and can't sit still and then the floor drops out to crying jags, inability to get out of bed etc. It's much more severe than a person who is feeling depressed like because it's Monday. I hope that clears it up for you.
Talk to your Dr. about it. There are many treatments available for bi polar people now.

Is anyone else in your family bipolar? This could be some of the symptoms that you are having. Bipolar also has extreme manic episodes. You should see a dr and tell them what you have been experiencing before you cant control it and it get s out of hand.

Yes, sad to say these are the signs. I am bipolar and it has the same effect on me. Please don't wory. I went through a bad time, but once I was diagnosed and got the rght treatment everything has been fine.

You can do a free online professional test at the website below. These are exactly the same tests as psychiatrists administer. Then you will have a better idea about what is going on and go get expert medical help if you need it.
