Anxiety…?
I’m am only 16 years old, and i suffer bad anxiety. I still have an active social life & go out and do things every day after school including sports and hanging out with friends. So i defiantly push myself out of my comfort zones but i still cant seem to get rid of the anxiety i have. I am OCD about germs, (i wont even use resteraunts water), and i have anxiety about health. I never, ever, feel well, i always have a stomach ache, heartburn, or indigestion. (i take prevaced for acid reflex so I KNOW its anxiety) Any little thing that happens to me i get scared for my health that I’m going to die or something. it has gotten a lot better since last year where i had severe panic attacks where i couldn’t breath, but how do i get rid of it completely?
also I’m young, i don’t want to take medicine.

You need to take medicine, or go see a psychiatrist.
This usually comes and goes. But it can be scary. They have medicines for this.
You need the meds. This won’t go away on its own.
You can try to ride it out. I’ve been having the same problem for years now and so far I refuse to take meds.
Get your thyroid checked.
I understand how you feel completely. I go through the exact same thing all the time. And can I say, good for you for not letting it get in your way most of the time. That takes a lot of courage.
As for how to get rid of it, you may not be able to get rid of it entirely, but you can definitely control it. That’s really what I’m working on now.
Try doing little things one by one. And as you do them, you’ll see that nothing happens you’ll be a little more comfortable doing it the next time. Also, you might consider seeing a counselor, or talking to someone you trust about these things. I have found that telling someone about my anxiety and fears helps to calm me, especially when I am in the middle of one of my panic modes. It really can helpto talk to someone, so that is the best thing you can do for youself to help this.
Best of luck.
i would try some herbal alternative remedies, which have good results, like acconite, which is homeopathic..go ahead try it
