A question for OCD sufferers- has trying the Linden method helped you to overcome phobias or anxiety?
Or, if you haven’t tried the Linden method, could you please recommend a good technique or book for fighting OCD and phobias? Thank you.

linden method has been proven to work in 96% of people and the remaining 4% didnt work due to non compliance.
